Swampert is the only fully evolved water starter to not learn Liquidation

I have no idea why they did this. The only other starter that can use it is Feraligatr, but they saw fit to expand Primarina's movepool with useless shit and not Swampert's

I'm not even that mad but it's just weird

Would like Uturn on more actual physical bug types. Besides pheromosa/genesect/Scizor, hardly any physically attacking bugs learn it. Mostly specially attacking bugs learn it, while plenty of lower tier bug types would much prefer it over shitty moves like x scissor.

Escavalier/Forretress would really appreciate it for bulky and slow pivots. Heracross could act as a scouter instead of megahorn's shitty accuracy. Araquanid could be a good switch in and pivot out to fire types. Even parasect could switch in on a water attack, spore, and then U turn out on the opponent's expected switch for a switch advantage. Shedinja could effectively pivot with wonder guard, which it already did before baton pass was banned.

Black Kyurem has a bigass fist made of literal ice, but can't learn Ice Punch. Wooper, who has no arms and thus should not be able to punch, can.

Ampharos has a big glowing tail, but doesn't learn Tail Glow (Yes, I know in Japanese it's Firefly Light, but I think being able to use your ass as a lighthouse beacon counts)
