So Is Mega Kangaskhan still broken? Game Freak saw how powerful parent bond was and nerfed the additional hit to 25%.

Does it need to be nerf even more for it to be used in OU tier?

It's half of a pokemon, the translations missed out on a key part of the description. In the original Kangaskhan is not just the "Parent Pokemon" but the "Parent and Child Pokemon".

Since somehow every single fucking post in this thread failed to answer the OP I'll go ahead and do it.
The problem with Mega Kang right now is the restalk set, Seismic Toss hits for 200 damage on anything and it's also very bulky itself.
