Magnezone has Flash Cannon and uses HP Fire

Koko doesn't run Signal Beam
Rotom is Rotom
Galvantula uses a similar set but with stronger moves

All the other Electric-types are 100% worthless shitmons or Zekrom/Zeraora. I don't care what your opinion of Jolteon is, but even if is bad it's leagues better than shit like Pachirisu.

Every type should regularly get moves of a type that's supereffective against one of its weak points, desu

Like how poison tend to get dark or fairies tend to get psychic , flying types should tend to get fighting moves, ground types should tend to get grass moves, ice should tend to get water, and so on. Would be much more balanced

It promotes better neutral damage than signal beam and the health + slow + hard hitting switch let it swap out to generate further momentum. Level SpA, Health, and a little Speed.
I bred one of these for Ultra Moon been a great asset. 31/5/31/31/31/31 IVs and Modest nature.

Heliolisk gets Surf and Hyper Voice for whacking stuff that resists Thunderbolt and Volt Switch. Electric/Water is pretty good coverage and Normal STAB isn't terrible.
