Why the fuck is this thing still in RU, they banned its Z-Move to UU but not the Pokemon itself. If the reason Kommo-o was RU was because it didn't have good fighting moves and coverage moves in Sun/Moon, why is it still RU in USUM?

Tiers haven't shifted because of some server issues or something. Idk but it's not because Kommo-o's still dogshit. Same reason why Lycandusk is still OU months later.
