I wonder if GF really though it would be that OP? To be fair in Gen 4 when NP was introduced it might've been. But with all the power creep now it wouldn't even be that bad. There are bigger, faster nukes running around. 110 speed isn't even that fast anymore, it's just "fast", not top-tier fast. Just look at Greninja which outspeeds it by 12 points for an easy KO (before the battle bond meme, of course), or god forbid Mega Alakazam which completely dick-slaps at a speed of 150 with its 175 SpA nuclear bomb.
