Well that is canon. Even Silvally is just a Type:Null who has a partially working RKS system and still is weaker than Arceus in all aspects.

Math. 121+30=151. Also the only stat that isn't a prime number and it has 30 lower BST than the UBs that don't evolve. Then again, since it is the equivilant to a starter in its world, maybe there are two other UB that also have 540 BST and one stat being -30 from a prime number who form a rock/paper/scissor relationship. Psychic/Ground and Fairy/Grass maybe?
