Nice essay from Orangedog-guy but it's obviously UU or RU at best. Too frail, needs a turn to set up to even do anything etc. It checks Volca and Zard pretty well but those two are pretty uncommon anyway and it's useless against anything else.

I like how people thought it had a shot in OU because it was listed without even considering new toy syndrome.

since rotom has such mediocre hp it ends up going back to full while the enemy is at around half, pain split is a fairly good recovery option on it.
