most viable grass types won't run it, but I guess it gives Mega Venusaur and Tangrowth a hard-hitting option if they want to run a tanky special attacker set. Mega Sceptile gets an easily spammable STAB attack as well. Ludicolo becomes even better in doubles.

Just change Solar Beam to a one turn move that gets powered up in sunlight.
Reduce its accuracy to 90 and its power to 110.
