Even just giving an example, how does anyone beat z conversion porygon in this tier, or even something as simple as scarf hoopa?

Are you particularly dense? If the Pokemon has Drought it won't be allowed into battle, it's pretty easy to understand.

It hits like a goddamned meteor while having 100 speed, if the thing had like 10~15 more speed it would be all over OU, or at least that's how it used to be, haven't played in OU since the start of gen 7.
