I'm truly thankful for Pokemon for turning to shit over time.
My entire life until around SM I pretty much just played Pokemon games. Played the occasional Mario game here and there, but mostly just Pokemon. I missed out on so many great games because of this weird misguided loyalty.
BW2 were pretty great (definitely in the top 5), but since then they've been declining in quality with each installment. Thanks to the increasing disappointment with each title, I decided to branch out to other RPG's, and thanks to that I managed to find my favourite franchise.

Thank you Pokemon, for driving me away overtime with your increasingly worse games. If you hadn't I probably wouldn't have found my favourite franchise SMT or any other of the other stellar franchises I discovered during that period like Xenoblade, Persona, Dragon Quest and Nier.
