I personally feel like they’d put it on the 3ds, it would make more sense as they wouldn’t have to adapt to the single screen and hardware ramifications that the switch has. It would also give the 3ds the support Nintendo has promised for 2018 and not distract from the rpg development on switch

It’s not like they haven’t had single-screen PMD games before. Remember, the very first in the series was on both GBA and DS. And later on there were the Wii ones.

I doubt they give a shit about that desu. The Wii game and Gates to Infinity wouldn't exist otherwise.

PMD is developed by Chunsoft, main series games by Game Freak. They won't distract each others.

Well, the game is what matters, not the number in the name. They could name it like they name pretty much all of the other spinoffs. PMD, Ranger, Rumble, they don't use numbers and did just fine.

no games, controllers are garbage, the thing lags and the controller reception gets interrupted all the time

i havent used it off-dock once, and play it maybe twice a month for about an hour or two

id rather have spent the money on a few nice dinners

They make 2 main games and a bunch of spinoffs each gen. Each gen lasts 3 years. They have already made 2 main games this gen. They haven't released nearly as many spinoffs as the previous gens so far. This gen has been going for 2 years.
We aren't getting a main Pokémon game in 2018.
