I just got something decent now actually, but I mostly get wingulls and rats.

Pokerus Shiny Rhyhorn w/ Lightning Rod, holding Protector, and Adamant nature.
Surprisingly not level 100, can't tell if its hacked.
Earthquake, Rock Blast, Megahorn, and Thunder Fang.
