Too small a sample size does and has invalidated numerous scientific studies. The moms across America group commissioned a study into glyphosate in breast milk and their sample size was deemed too small (with too high dosages administered). Andrew Wakefield (disgraced doctor behind vaxxed) did a study into autism rates using a tiny sample of Somali Americans. It was thrown out.
All that poll really tells us is the choices of the people who voted and even that you can't guarantee the integrity of. You are drawing conclusions, likely from personal bias, using a small and utterly flawed sample size.
It might be the best data we have available at this time, but it is not sufficient enough for you to say that Japan as a collective like this more than that.
