Weird types.
Fire/Ice, Grass/Electric, Water/Psychic (Water goes with so many types, so it's hard for that so bear with me
The Fire type is a ram. It's fur is fiery, to keep it warm in high altitudes, but it's horns are curled icicles. Maybe the hooves have fire on them to melt the ice underfoot so it never slips? Stays quadrupedal obviously. Bulky physical attacker
The Grass type is a cheetah. It's fur resembles savanna grasslands to blend in, and the electricity typing goes along with how fast it is. Maybe it's legs are jagged in a way that conveys a lightning bolt. Fast and fragile special attacker
Water type is tricky, but it should be a camel. I'm running out of ideas so fuck you, it's a camel.
These three pokemon represent three very different ecosystems, rugged mountainous terrain, arid grasslands, and murky wetlands. They showcase well how their types and design aspects help them survive their ecosystems.
