ITT an idiot who doesn't understand what competitive means.

If you want to use your precious Pokemon no one is stopping you, just don't expect to enter a Smogon tournament when you're breaking their rules.

Also is it really abandoning your Pokemon if you don't use them in a tournament battle? Does that mean you're going to use this Helioisk in every team?

Sand Veil and Snow Cloak were banned in Gen V once Hidden Abilities came out for Pokemon that only had those abilities (like Garchomp and Sandslash). They were unbanned a little while into Gen VI because perma weather was gone.
