It is embedded in the assumption that that post is an intricate and difficult one to interact with. It's pasta, yes. Have you ever thought about why someone posts pasta? What is the appropriate response? Shaking your head and ignoring it is not a response, it's deferring responsibility to someone else.

What is in a pasta? Why does someone post a pasta instead of a simple reaction image? The idea is to get people to argue and fight with a nonperson. It is to mock them for being dummies.
However, this may not always be the case, especially given how tsundere 4chan is. Maybe anon posted a pasta, and did it in a context that suggested the argumentative form was intended, but really that pasta expresses how he feels. Or maybe he's making fun of people who DO actually feel that way.
