I need a Clefairy spread that can live a 252 Jolly M-Metagross Iron Head and a 252 timid Mega Gengar Sludge Bomb.

Is that even possible? (lvl 50 btw)

No problem. If you run Cosmic Power and use it before Metagross or Gengar come, it should make both be unable to OHKO.
