Pokemon are not supposed to use technology and because of that, Blastoise looks more like a digimon to me than anything in gen 3+. When gen6 announced the Megas for the Kanto starters and everyone flipped their shit because Mega Blastoise apparently looked dumb, I felt really confused because to me it was already dumb.
And shut your fucking face with the "le bone cannon pokidex" garbage. They are silver like metal, they reflect light like metal and they are metal.
