TPCi replace more of the OST than 4Kids did when they were not dead, the voice acting was better, they didn't rewrite TR dialogue as much as TPCi does, and the OP themes were not butchered 30 second side shows.
Yes, TPCi has gotten so bad the once known devil of Anime, even 4Kids, did a better job. Sadly, your opinion holds weight these days.
