While I can feel you're just shitting from a mile away, you can actually give your scizor HP fire to deal with other scizors, since with technician it essentially has the same power as flamethrower. It won't OHKO but it takes a good chunk by surprise.

HP Ice and HP Fire are actually sort of good. HP Ice lets you shit on Gliscor, and HP Ice lets you shit on other Scizor. They are cobplete niche picks you should only run if Gliscor or Scizor otherwise fucks your team, but it can be pretty damn effective when you need it. Just take a Naughty nature.
