No, the main 'concept' of UBs is that they're otherwordly monsters that are unlike Pokemon in many ways, while SCPs are researched anomalies of both terrestrial and extraterrestrial origin that range from medical to spiritual to sometimes literally memetic in nature that are contained by the SCP Foundation.
