Because Incineroar is the most favored starter by Game Freak in conjunction with fandom both getting used to and even beginning to like it.

Incineroar my favorite overall mon and obviously the entire line my favored overall starter line, though, so on my end I'm not complaining if trying to give an honest answer above.
