Exclusively new pokemon is far better than 'here's old shit but with 50 new pokemon, half of which are legendaries or replacements for trash like shitbugs or shitbirds'. Not to mention OP is right, there's anecdotes of anons on this board that didn't know slugma and the like were gen 2 mons because they were stupidly hard to find, and assumed they were gen 3 since that's where they were prolific.
