No? This has no bearing on when the new games will come out. Reminder that the Meloetta event for Gen VI was happening a month after SM came out, and none of the Mythicals had any bonuses when transferred.

Gen VIII's release date could happen this year, or next year; these legendary distribution events are entirely separate.

No, the website has details on level/abilitiy/moves and both Dialga and Palkia have Pressure (they're the only ones with that info available right now.)
If you get them in an Ultra version they come at level 100, the older versions have them come at level 60 and with slightly different movesets. The level 100s come with Draco Meteor and the 60s have either Iron Tail or Aqua Tail instead.

If you are feeling worried, make a dummy copy of your save file and do it yourself. PKHeX does show an alert if a pokemon was poorly hacked, with odd movesets or impossible encounters.
If you inject things that match your original game and original dates, it's near impossible to tell it apart from an official redeeming. No JP CoroCoro events on a NA game or Wonder Cards in the wrong month pls
