That's weird.

I would play it. It's not any more unlikely than a lot of the spin-offs we've had, like pokémon in a rouge like or pokémon in medieval Japan.

Actually, that doesn't sound so bad. HM/RF have always focus more on farming (less so for RF, but still), so I'd like to be a breeder sometimes.

Plant pokémon are a thing, and growing them like crops doesn't feel like too much of a stretch (of course, you wouldn't be allowed to eat them).
