Fast hexer, I guess. It gets Thunder Wave, Trick, Toxic and Will'o'Wisp. It's also relatively fast so it can possibly screw up someone by tricking a Choice Scarf into it. Besides that, it's an okayish Special Attacker.

It's good for a DP & PT run but nothing else really. It gets magical fire which is good but it really should have been ghost and fairy as well with it's dex entry being a tricker, chanting spells to make people see illusions or tormenting them. Seems like a very prankster type mon deserving fairy and a small boost in speed and special attack by 5.
