Technically, Lunatone, Solrock, and Minior are still meteors since they hadn't touched the ground yet and are only meteorites when hit Smack Down or when Gravity is in affect

It's implied that Minior lives and subsides off of the atmosphere. Solrock and Lunatone are cave-dwelling, more fitting of meteorite.
Minior is found on Mount Hokulani, and there is no feasible way to integrate Solrock and Lunatone in that environment.

in order for solrock/lunatone to live in alola somebody would have to bring them there, which would be difficult considering there is an organization dedicated to protecting the wildlife of the region with a whole bunch of power operating there
