What is your opinion the Dragon's Den theme from GSC? Is it good or shit? It seems to be very polarizing.

like. as a song? it's fine. it's not my favourite thing in the game, but it's good.

it just a bit much for the cave. there aren't many wild pokemon, not any trainers.. it's a strong theme for an underwhelming side-daliance. for example, they could've pretty easily swapped the theme for tin tower and dragon's den, but i think dragon's den would've been too grating for a longer period of time such as.

Great theme but the GB sound really doesn't work for it. It's one of the only tracks where I think the remake's version of it is 100% better.

Beginning sounds like the Den of ZOMBIE Dragon, more like. But during latter part, it has an arabic flair to make it majestic-like. So it's kinda polarizing.

It's not bad when you realize just how shitty the GBC speakers are. It only sounds horrible on youtube or an emulator because you can turn the volume up.

Masuda's biggest failure. Too overdone for a cave that's supposed to be isolated from the rest of the world.
He could have used flutes from the rest of the soundtrack to make a much more mellow melody, and lower the rhythm to a half. Something like these:

All three parts are out of tune with each other which is obviously an intentional choice which I really don’t understand seeing as it really doesn’t work with 8bit sounds.
