That's power creep for you. Pokemon that were banned from OU a generation ago are in OU now. We have Legendary, Mythical, and Mega Pokemon that can hit like nukes.

Ordinary Pokemon such as Garchomp and Gengar just don't have what it takes to compete anymore.

For the last two at least, why use Garchomp and Skarmory when Zygarde and Celesteela exist?

I can't wait until Gen 9-10 when the OU Pokemon in this generation start to fall to UU.

celesteela has mew stats ignoring speed, it has as much physical bulk as skarmory while fully invested in defense like skarm usually is while also have much better special bulk

its fine as is, why do you want to buff stall so much?
honestly, the only thing you need to do to fix garchomp is give it agility. DDance is better, but agility/rock polish do the job just fine. The fairies aren't its problem, its just how much zygarde outclasses it thanks to how fucking amazing 1k arrows is

That's why letting all legendaries, despite not being cut from the same cloth, should never have been allowed in the meta in the first place. I do wonder what would happen to the meta if all legendaries were banned.

Cursed Body is better than Levitate. Levitate Gengar still loses to everything that could EQ it anyway except for Scarf Landorus locked into EQ. Cursed Body lets Gengar benefit from Terrains, can win you games with hax, and works well in conjunction with Substitute.
