i have a question

heracross is my favorite pokemon and i use one in every game he is available, but in playing silver this time around, i thought i'd use a different bug type, so I caught a scyther. Unfortunately, I realized that he has an abysmal gen 2 learnset, and that I'd have to breed him to get silver wind.

Should I just go catch a heracross and box this guy or is there a decent moveset i can achieve through TMs?
