Without Baton Pass Decideueye doesn't work as he has no niche. With Baton Pass you can trap any neutral matchup, boost either your Attack or Special Attack, and Baton Pass the gains to something else.

Long Reach Makes him an excellent pokemon to use to catch other species though, effectively immune to static etc.
Foresight // False Swipe // Feather dance // Baton Pass is amazing for chaining pokemon.
