>>34742105Incineroar is one of the better starters in Doubles, and if it ever gets Intimidate it should be pretty good there. It's about the same viability as Emboar when you get down to it.
Decidueye isn't as good as Serperior obviously but it's still better than Meganium and Torterra.
To answer your direct question though:
- Decidueye is probably the best Grass/Ghost Pokemon in the game because the others aren't that good either. With that said it can be replaced easily if you are not a big fan of Decidueye's trapping abilities. If Decidueye gets Long Reach at some point, then it will have a better edge over the other Grass/Ghost mons. But for now it's somewhat replaceable.
Incineroar has Houndoom, but it's a somewhat speedy mixed attacker with mediocre bulk, and Arcanine, which performs many of the same roles as Incineroar except with Intimidate. Incineroar might get more usage because of Fake Out and Knock Off, though.
Primarina is the best Water/Fairy special attacker in the game. Tapu Fini is a support mon and Azumarill is more known for its physical attack. So it's not bad.
