Mew is in the same spot as Smeargle, its offensive stats are pathetic and its only got ok bulk. Defensively its got an awful typing that runs it for defensive plays.
Landorus on the other hand has amazing defenses, decent offenses and great support movepool. It's typing it lets it soak both electric and ground, it gets intimidate which screws physical types, a nice mix of physical and special attacks and boosters for both. Taunts can't stop him due to the decent offenses.
How can you call something that has forced the whole meta to run hp ice on everything balanced? It's so bad that the best counter to lando is literally a lando with hp ice.
