Right, it's bigger than its pre-evo. Doesn't mean it's chubby. If Raichu is chubby then every eeveelution or any evolution for that matter is chubby since theyre bigger by that logic.

My point was with eeveelutions is that just because something is bigger doesn't mean it's chubby. I wouldnt consider Vaopreon or Flareon chubby just because they're bigger than eevee . I'm comparing the evos to pre-evos.

Give it a Mega, it would compliment well with Alola Raichu having a Z-Move

Make it so that Mega Raichu's Attack/Sp. Attack gets raised during Electric Terrain.

Or give it two mega evolutions. (Alola form and Z-Move). One Raichu can be Electric/Fairy and it lacks the aggresive part about Raichu while an Electric/Dark Raichu's aggresive nature gets even worse.
