There are many ultra worlds each of them with 150 Pokémon lines each. But we only see one Pokemon from each of the ultra worlds

Not necessarily, it's implied by the URS that some worlds are more like each other than others. Like alternate version worlds are nearly identical, but stuff like Ultra Plant or Ultra Desert are very different from anything in the mainline games.
