Leafeon's only good grass type move is Lead Blade in the 70s

It's movepool is ass.

Just use a fire-type move and it will die.

Oh are you asking where to catch the thing?
You can't fight it anywhere; you have to evolve Eevee near the Moss Rock, which in Platinum's case is at Eterna Forest.

Route 212, Serebii lists trainer mons if you look. Besides, the best way to get anything seen is just to fight every trainer, you'll get every non-legendary this way.

Next time OP, please look up capture locations; they are very easy to find when you search for the Pokemon or route. Bulbapedia is a good source for that kind of info. Serebii is good too but doesn't go into as much detail.
