How is Abra not a top tier urban pet pokemon? What would you consider to be a good urban pet pokemon?

Going off Lostlorn Forest, Zorua and Zoroark because you can get a TM from a Hiker that talks to you, but actually turns out to be a Zoroark so they could be capable of telepathy or possibly actual talking. Besides that, they're fluffy, actual foxes and one of the best pokemon to cuddle.

Calling it a pet would be an insult, as while it lacks intelligence or free will, it should be seen as an equal.

Abra is cool and all, but all it does is lay around. If you need help doing something, Abra probably won't be able to do it either. Meanwhile, Nihilego will make you do it. Yes, Nihilego will make you a better person, both physically and psychologically.

I'm pretty sure you would get seriously hurt just walking around the wood, and I doubt you would be able to find an eevee in the wild that easily. Maybe those fags that breed for pokemon for those contests might sell you one, but that is a if since those are in high demand.
