An ice/fire type with a lot of Speed and Attack. Based on a weathervane. In weather it doubles the power of weather effects. Not just damage, but secondary effects like the buffs for rock, ground, water and fire.

New move! Debris Field. Flying type. Non-physical. 60 bp. 95 accuracy. Cyclone that doubles in attack if there are entry hazards on any side of the field and removes them.

Give this move to flying types as well.

Probably. It gets pebbles too.

I think that attack would work better if it were on Pokémon that dont have hazard moves. Like Skarmory or Landorus. Useful for doubles or just as a big fuck you to setters.

-Rain: Gain basically water absorb.
-Sun: Speed increase by 1 stage in the sun.

Ignore typing and hits pokemon whose typing correspond to the weather/Terrain with supereffectively (Water, Fire, Ice, Rock, Electric, Psychic, Grass, Fairy). In case of Harsh Sun, Heavy Rain, or Heavy Wind, this attack is unable to remove them but instead deals 2.5x damage.
Note: The move ignore it and target typing only if terrain or weather is on the battlefield. If the move is used on a water/ground type, it will deal 4x damage. However, if it's used on a water/ground type in the rain, it will only deal 2x damage after power boost. If opponent pokemon with Grass/Water typing is on the battlefield while Grassy Terrain and Rain is active, then this deals 4x damage after boost.

(Based on a old/haunted substitute plush)
No name for the ability, but basically halves damage for any nve or normal efectiveness attack, but doubles it for very effective attacks. Given its typing, we're talking about a mon with 3 inmunities, 11 resistances, 2 double resistances and only one 4x weakness (also fighting against scrappy mons). Backed with 40/75/105/95/105/50 BST

Not that broken. It'll be essentially smeagle but with priority Spore, sneaky pebbles, Taunt, Sticky Web, defog, Tailwinf and other non-damaging moves while having the ability to use Priority Transform to act as ditto. It doesn't even need the speed since it has Prankster. All that speed stat should be dumped into HP instead for prankster transform or imposter.
