Why would anyone use Pikachu's Z moves? They only do about twice as much Thunderbolt, but they cost the use of the Light Ball, which would double the power of all of Pikachu's moves instead of just the one time Z move. Pikachu's Z moves should have like 500 bp to make up for no light ball.
