Anyway, my favorite type is Electric. For a long time I didn't have one but recently I discovered I love using the local easy accesible Electric type of each gen. Mareep, Electrike, Joltik, etc.

I like the ice type. The moves are aesthetically pleasing and I like the sounds, too. The sounds of the moves, I mean. I also find snowy areas to be very comfy in many ways. I also love mountains. Snover is my favourite I think.

It all started when I was a toddled and picked Bulbasaur. I always picked the grass starters and slowly the type grew on me. I know it's not very good, but someone has to love it.

My favorite type is Dragon. I could go into excruciating detail as to why it's my favorite type, but to make a long story short: Dragon type Pokemon consistently make it into both my in-game teams as well as my favorites per generation, tend to have interesting designs and occasionally surprising concepts.

If I had to pick a second favorite, it would likely be a tie between Poison and Bug, with Normal type falling into fourth place.

Oof... a tough one. I couldn't pick between Fighting, Dark and Psychic. Probably Fighting, though... I love when it's dual-typed with the other two. Scrafty and Medicham are my favorite mons.

Normal type. Gameplay wise I like having that one reliable Pokemon that can run a variety of moves even if doing so is sub-optimal, never know if I'm going to slap a random Flamethrower on my Normal type because I have nothing to deal with Steel for example. Design wise, I just like my animals with fun quirks - be it "can only run in certain ways" or "always being asleep" - stuff like that is enjoyable for me.

Any combination of grass, poison, and bug appeals most to me because those pokemon tend to include the most monstrous animals and biology references. Also I just love status effects.

It might be getting worse since the introduction of Fairies but it's still my favorite type. I wish we got more humanoid Fighting types though, GF seems to be straying away from those because fans don't like it. Makes me sad desu
