Well, I had some teachersback in middle school who were a lot like Roxanne in that they were young, not particularly attractive, and had no friends. This is going by how they were.

Roxanne is highly introverted, for sure. She's a strict but loving teacher. She honestly values a good education above all else. She sees her students as stupid useless people and it's her job to make them stop being useless and stupid. Probably drinks too much coffee and might be addicted to cold medicine, probably smokes when no ones else is around or quit smoking recently. She loved her time in school when she was a kid and that's what helped gravitate her toward becoming a teacher. Probably loves her mom and dad more than anything and would rather watch TV with her dad than go looking for dates.

About as pleasantly boring as most of the Rock leaders. I could see Roxanne going the "Remains of the Day" route of getting her post by doing everything right because its proper and respectful but being boring in the moment... but ORAS saved her that fate with spatting with the fossil maniac. So close but so far!

(Man I wished Game Freak got give the rest of the game that kind of embellishment, it put a goofy smile on my face).

Definitely curious what relationship she has, if any, with the Stones, funny pictures or no, because beyond both her Gym and the Devon building having fossil motifs in ORAS I think Game Freak missed the memo that they put two rock-themed characters of good repute in the same town.
