Scolipede would be BETTER if it was pure poison, volcarona wouldn't miss bug buzz, mega pinsir would appreciate not being 4X rock weak.
Only exceptions I can think of are pheromosa/genesect, because they are already frailish, and they enjoy uturn stab. Forretress is okay because bug/steel synergizes well, but it also has the stats and movepool that really make it, hence why fucking wormadam trash is bottom tier PU
