What's the best team you can get in Pokémon Crystal without trading? Like the strongest team possible.

I was thinking something like
Suicune
Snorlax
Dragonite
Tyranitar
Exeggutor
???

you can add ho-oh and lugia too.. but excluding them, Aerodactyl is pretty neat too.. it's an in-game trade, idk if that counts for you

Cloyster is a great water-type aswell, Starmie too.

Heracross is strong, but gets its first bug-type move at 54 and only has reversal for fightning type moves. Enjoy using return most of the game!

If competitive, I suggest Snorlax, Miltank, Forretress, Misdreavus, Tyranitar and Meganium. Yes, Meganium.
For in-game performance, Meganium, Graveler, Kadabra, Fearow and Gyarados provides the path of least resistance.
