USUM sales are more or less the same as most other third games (keep in mind this time we have 2 versions so the sales will be bigger by default)

But there's also no surprise that USUM will remain the worst selling 3DS game

We'll see about that. First of all USUM is already past its biggest sales possibilities (release hype and close christmas) so the sales will dwindle down rather fast past this point.

Also if you're dumb enough you'll obviously forget that USUM had both worldwide release promotion and Pokemon GO mania just year earlier as a help. BW2 didnt have that luxury

Then that can be said also about every other DS Pokemon game. The userbase doesnt mean shit. Pokemon games have been selling about 15-16 million each gen and then upgardes where about 7-8 million

Eh, piracy was at an all time high when BW2 came out. Even my dumbass little brother figured out to pirate it with no issues.
USUM is much harder to pirate for the average person, and lots of people can't stand not to play the newest main Pokemon game even if it's the same and not very good.
Doesn't matter anyways. Gamefreak can be as lazy as they want and still make money, but we knew that already. Even if gen 8 is as lazy as USUM was, and as poorly managed as SM, people will still buy it.
