Does it get quickbanned from UU in very gen or was it ever tested? Also what is the reason for its' ban?

Normal/Flying boosted STABS is great coverage and CC covers everything else. U-turn is perfect for the 4th moveslot in choice sets if you're afraid of being choice locked or are running intimidate.

Also, 100 Speed with a scarf is just enough to outspeed the common scarfers in UU and the high speed mega evos

basically all of BL is filled with sweepers that are slightly worse versions of ou sweepers and thus not used
