2 water types isn't great, i'd drop one. Probs gyarados as suicune can learn ice moves

Teach you starter t-punch if he doesn't already have it. Slowbro is gonna give you hell regardless but at least thats something.
Fighting E4 should be easy for you
Poison will give you trouble because they're tanky and you have no psychic or ground types
Dark is the same, but I think that she uses a houndoom as her ace so some of it will be easy
Dragons is where you may be screwed. I'd try and get an ice move on suicune asap or grind a steel type. and his mons may know fire moves so even that isn't guaranteed.
