105 stats instead of 95
Ditch memories, Silvally now uses Plates and Z-Crystals
Give them everything Arceus can use except for Judgment

give it a better movepool. 95/95/95 are pretty solid defenses, it could fill a role in UU similar to mew in OU or Arceus in ubers if it had a better movepool.

Adamant/Jolly or Brave @Eviolite
252 HP, 252 A, 4 Spe or 4 D
-Flame Charge/Payback
-Rock Slide/Iron Head
-Shadow Claw/Return
-U-Turn/X-Scissor

Flame Charge fixes the slowness after a turn or two while Payback capitalizes on it, Rock Slide/Iron Head is for flinching after a speed boost and coverage, Shadow Claw hits Ghost/Steel/Rock if lacking Payback but Return hits everything else harder, and U-Turn for a safe switch or X-Scissor to hit harder.
