VP complaining about the swagger ban is largely uninformed. Last gen, being able to attack only 50% of the time made swagger the most annoying strategy to go against. Anti-status items do not matter since they can reapply confusion, Foul Play was also damaging on anything that got swaggered. Worst part is most swagger users have Prankster and priority confusion was essentially unbeatable.
