How would you handle Giratina in a hypothetical DP remake?
>gets another form alongside Dialga and Palkia
>you can now change to Origin Forme without holding the Griseous Orb
>new signature move (and/or Z-Move or a similar new gimmick)
>involved a post-game quest (possibly also letting you catch Arceus) but nothing actually new for Giratina
>absolutely nothing and Giratina is exactly the way it was in DP but with the Griseous Orb being on the ground after you catch it

No no no no no no no goddamnit no. Two forms are enough, and Dialga and Palkia don't need another. Just because GameFreak sperged like fuck with Gen 7 doesn't mean that every legendary needs over 9000 goddamn forms.

Base form + 3 forms. Same as Castform, Deoxys, and Oricorio. Less than Rotom, Arceus, and Silvally. Only 1 more than Charizard, Mewtwo, and Zygarde. Stop being so dramatic.

Replace the orb with a Z-crystal. Give it a Z-move that changes its form, and change the form's stats to make it akin to the Primal forms of Groudon and Kyogre from Gen 6.

Or.... since Primal Reversion requires a fancy stone... just make the orbs do that.
That way 0 effort is put in, and you can make primal Giratina Origin Form.
