And Zeraora hasn’t been revealed. But since the next games are confirmed for 2018 the only possibility is the next games being Remakes. inb4 Kanto Reboot with new mons, starters are regional variant Kanto starters.

Past = Bulbasaur line cause it’s a dinosaur
Present = Squirle line cause it becomes a tank
Future = Charmander line somehow

Bulbasaur could become Grass/Rock since Rock = All Fossil Mons
Charmander could be a Fire/Psychic Chinese Dragon/Snake holding a future seeing orb
Squirtle could be a Water/Flying jet instead of a tank.

Do past - present - future refer to gen 8 starters?
Past - grass starter, because all grass starters been extinct animals anyway
Present - it's dog year, so fire chinese zodiac dog
Future - a friggin laser gun water starter

He's anti, can't you tell. It's kind of funny actually, how desperate they're getting. I mean, I was on the fence, pros and cons and all that rot, but after hearing how they put Zodiac creatures into Gen I/II, can absolutely see them re-appropriating the theme for the fire starters. The fact they gave 'Zard a part-Dragon typing kinda screams it now (yeah, it's more like a western dragon, but it's canonically part-dragon in-game).

I'm pro zodiac theory alright, It's hard not to believe it after Lucha Tigre; I just don't think Typhlosion and Delphox belong there. There will probably be more than 12 gens, so zodiac animals are eventually going to run out, so why not save some animals for later, and just take a break with badger and a vixen.
